At The Dessert Lounge, we strive to deliver freshly baked cakes made to your specifications. Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

Order Cancellations

Since all cakes are made to order, cancellations on the same day are not eligible for a refund.

Regular cakes require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellation.

Large or customized cakes (including photo cakes, fondant cakes, and multi-tier cakes) require a 48-hour prior notice for cancellation.

A 5% processing fee will be deducted for approved refunds.

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the transaction.

Processing time for refunds is 2-3 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

In case of any refunds approved by KRISHNASHREE FOODS, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to you.
